Position Summary
The room service attendant is responsible for the morning set up, order tracking, and delivery of room service items as well as ensuring that the hotel common areas are neat and welcoming.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Morning set up including brewing coffee, preparing plates, silverware, condiments, and the room service cart. 
  • Track orders placed the night before and ensure the proper items are being set up for delivery.
  • Prompt delivery of room service items as specified.
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance. 
  • Other duties as assigned

  Essential Job Requirements
  • EDUCATION: High School degree, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
  • EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • REQUIRED SKILLS: Part-time, 9-12 hour/week, Friday, Saturday, Sunday mornings, reliable, responsible with strong customer service and communication skills
  • PREFERRED SKILLS: Attention to detail, polite, patient, ability to handle food safely.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to ascend/descend stairs, and lift/carry/push/pull 20 pounds.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
